your $2000 4th stimulus check update and recurring stimulus check update, plus the latest update on the $3.5T stimulus deal from the man himself Sen. Bernie Sanders and all the other hands on deck, including the White House, Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi. What’s in the $3.5T stimulus package? Let’s find out. Also in today’s video, the $200 SSI Increase under the promising new SSA leadership and our hot stock tip on Kraft Heinz Company. Doubling your money on ketchup? We cover all things stimulus, cryptocurrencies, personal finance, and investing. You know I always give it to you straight, guys, so no one better to talk about it in our show than the person behind the whopping $3.5T stimulus package, Senate Budget Committee Chairman, Senator Bernie Sanders. There’s definitely something in the $3.5 stimulus package for everyone. It’s promising a lot of things for families, health, climate change, and most exciting of all, stimulus money. Don’t sleep on that earned income tax credit, guys. That’s $1,502 for people without children, even bigger than our latest stimulus check. That part about affordable housing is also very promising. What I’m seeing here is an opening for Biden’s $15K first-time homebuyer tax credit or maybe more bigger rental and mortgage assistance. From our recent news, that could mean as high as $25K. Really not that bad. And just look at what Bernie said about the $3.5T price tag. “As you know, I proposed a $6 trillion budget. We also need to highlight what he said here about the American people wanting them to continue in the years to come. He’s got that right. Aside from all the great stimulus already mentioned, we may have a 4th stimulus check in the works as House Chair of the Progressive Caucus Rep. Pramila Jayapal called this $3.5T deal a downpayment. She also said, “I don’t want people to think that if we do this package we are done.” This gives us a clue that Jayapal and the other progressives may be working in the background for more stimulus checks, especially since both Jayapal and Sanders have expressed their support for not just a one-time 4th stimulus check, but even recurring stimulus checks. It was Jayapal who introduced the ABC act in March that would deliver a $2000 4th stimulus check and $1000 monthly recurring stimulus checks until one year after the pandemic. Sanders was part of the Senate letter asking Biden for recurring stimulus. Stock tip of the day: Reddit is going red with ketchup as people are betting big on KHC stock, aka Kraft Heinz Co. Where are they coming from? The great ketchup shortage of 2021. Many restaurants are facing a nationwide ketchup shortage and packet prices are up 13% since January 2020. The same Reddit forum also mentions how Warren Buffett is already on the KHC boat with his company Berkshire-Hathaway heavily invested in Kraft Heinz Co. Not to mention, Heinz owns nearly 70% of America’s ketchup market share. To give you an idea, some figures being mentioned right now are raising the SSI benefits to 100-125% of the federal poverty level. They currently top out at $794 for an individual and $1,191 for a couple. That means, at the very least, we can expect a $293 SSI increase for individuals and a $261 SSI increase for couples. In case you missed our previous video on this, President Biden just fired SSA Commissioner Andrew Saul and a lot of social security changes are coming, including, yes, our long-awaited $200 SSI increase. The Democrats’ plans for social security include increasing benefits for all retirees, improving cost-of-living increases by changing the inflation formula, and raising the minimum benefit for the lowest-income households.
